Why are your prices so low?
We do our best to bring you the lowest prices on all skate products. We are a shop that is owned and ran by skaters. Not some big coorperate trying to rape you for your last dollar. We believe in many sales and a small profit opposed to a few sales and making a large profit.
Do you have all these decks in stock at all times?
Not all of them. To do that would defy the laws of any business as well as have us control the manufacture of each item. Of course we can not do that and any item is subject to being sold out at any given time. No shop can have every deck ever made in stock at all times.
I got an email that you were out of stock and I want my board right now.
Sorry bout your luck. We buy from over 7 major distributors and have more resources of obtaining these items than any other shop on Earth, but we still can not make the manufacturer produce more of these boards.
I want to have fun and make up fake orders on your site and make you scramble to get me stuff, then never really buy anything.
Your IP address is recorded and we will ban you from site as well as our killer walk-in store. We don't have time for games and work hard to bring you low prices. Lets be cool with each other and not be idiots about stuff. Besides... only posers do stuff like that.
I want an item not on your site. Can you get it?
Probably we can. There are tons of things not listed that we carry or can get if needed. Just shoot us an email and we will do what we can to get you the stuff you want for a decent price.
If you are the cheapest price, then match the price of this deck I saw on Ebay for $10.00
Sorry, we do not price match on Used, Stolen, or Fake products. We do not endorse or back any item that is sold on "FlEbay". We are an Authorized Dealer and make less than 20 cents on evry dollar spent. We are not getting rich off you, but do want to stay in business and can not afford to price match unrealistic prices of items sold by individuals that is probably stolen junk anyways.
I want you to asseble my complete before you ship it.
Sorry, we dont have time for that. As a skater, I know I felt much better putting my stuff together myself. If you need a shop to assemble your items then maybe you shouldn't skate cause you might have to adjust something and with nobody around, you might be lost.
I want to pick my board up at your store.
No problem. Just mark on order that you will pick it up on a certain date. We will make sure to have it for you, and if we can not have it for you we will let you know ASAP. If you are wanting something that we do not normally stock, then please understand that we can not possibly fill an order for 12 decks that are obscure, and you want to pik up in 3 hours. Be realistic please. And do not make up bogus orders cause you might actually want something someday and we will have your IP banned and you wont be able to get it.

Yes this is correct. This site was made fast and cheap to help keep your cost of gear down low. After a few good slides the graphics are gone anyways. If you demand seeing a large photo of the deck you like, then check the manufacturers website, then come back and buy from us.
Another store said they had better stuff than you guys. Is it true?
No way, Judge for yourself, I mean would you rather pay more, have crappy selection and skate what everybody else skates in the whole town??? or... buy some unique gear and rip, tear, and shred some killer gear for less cost than other places? If you would rather just look cool by walking in the mall to buy your weak gear that is exactly like everyone elses, then we don't want to sell to you. You give our grindcore sick reputation a gay appeal. Keep shopping in the mall or select that same deck you been eyeballing at the 30 deck stocking kiddie shop you are used too. I can't figure out how to place an order online, what do I do?
It's pretty easy, just follow the instructions on the items listing page. Make sure to fill out everything completely and accurately. Always use a valid email address so we can contact you
Will you sponsor me and my friends?
We do some semi-sponorship and some full sponsorship. It will depend on your skills, and contests results, as well as skating heart you got. But please do not just send emails asking. If you want to be sponsored, please send a video and a resume along with a full bio.
If I place an order and need the items the next day for a contest, is that cool?
Sure thats cool, but be realistic...We get hundreds of orders here and do all we can to get you the items you need and want as fast as possible, but if you select ground shipping you should know it can be 6 days to get there, plus we need a little time to process the credit card, verify funds, and package order. You order is very important to us, but please show a little patience in getting your killer gear at rock bottom prices from the baddest shop on Earth.
If you make out with other guys are you gay?
YES!!! Keep that crap out of our shop and stop skating and start knitting. Put on your little sisters tightest jeans and double up on the mascara. But whatever you do... Stay away from Sparkyz. We hold tight to the original concept of thrashing and skate rock speed metal psyche-out trip core shredding. You could also just be confused. Keep close to what you believe in to be right in life. Don't fall to peer pressure or wanting to go with the flow of just "accepting" anything. We know... "If you stand for nothing...you will fall for anything".
How long will it be before I get my stuff?
We ship orders in the order they were recieved. We do not advertise to be the fastest in the world at shipping. We promise we will put priority on all orders. We sometimes even close the walk-in shop to get these orders out quick. We can not give a 2 or 3 day guarantee, but we can guarante that we will give you only first quality items, and the lowest prices possible, and we will give you the best gear on earth by providing the largest selection in the world. Stop buying that crap off of other sites pretending to be the "LARGEST" selection. They are out of most every item, and only work with only 1 distributor. We work with 8 distributors, and several brands direct. If we dont have it, we have a much better chance of finding it for you. Please be patient. We will hook you up. We promise.
I want to buy from you for my skateshop I am making or own, can I?
Yes you can. We can not offer you a big additional discount as we have a very tiny mark-up on here and depend on hundreds of orders a day and bulk orders to keep us in business. You can check out the bulk orders tab for a few brands we have thrown together that we feel will sell good for you. Free shipping on orders over 500.00 USD in the USA only. But yes, we do ship overseas, but not to Singapore. Sorry crooks, try another shop.

What is the cost for shipping to another country?
We just use USPS INTERNATIONAL service. It is the most economical. We can not give a realt accurate estimate for shipping charges, and charges will vary depending on exact address, size and weight of package. For example : You buy a complete (build you own) for about 119.00, even if shipping is 45.00 to AU, you are still saving money over retail, and our customers report not having to pay any import taxes either. Other stores buy from us. Even if you don't have a business license we can still sell to you and you stock your shop overses, and still make a lot of money.
What if i look at your site, find the stuff I really want, then do not buy it from you and buy it from another site and pay more for it?
Then you are not very intelligent, but you ARE free to shop anywhere you want to shop. Skating is about freedom, and we are all free to pay more if we want to. We love you either way.
What does your shop look like on the inside?
It is AWESOME! If you are around Dallas Fort Worth area, I PROMISE it is worth the short drive. We can save you tons of money. We have well over 250 decks to choose from at all times. We have tons of truck, wheels, bearings and accessories to buy that you will never see in other skateshops. Plus we blow away even the lowest prices you see online. COME VISIT US, we are just off of HWY 377. It is easy to find, and you will trip out when you see this place!
I want to buy stuff, but the shipping came to some unreal cost, and I am not going to pay that amount. Why?
The site uses an estimator for shipping. We do not try to make money off of the shipping. Sometimes it underestimates, and sometimes it overestimates the cost. If it is WAY off (like over 10.00) we will adjust the charges. We know some other places offer free shipping, but we have a VERY low mark-up and can not possibly ship the items for free. We would go into debt very quickly. We try to be fair with this and hope you understand this. We will do all we can to treat you fairly. For EXAMPLE : we can not make 3.00 profit on a deck + 3.00 on a set of trucks (6.00 total profit), then ship it for free of charge (cost like 17.00), or we would be paying the customers to take the merchandise. We would loose big. We are cool and will do all we can to get you the best deal and the best selection. But we can not pay out of our pockets for our customers to get their products.
